KICKFIT is more than just a fitness class, it’s a movement.Born in Zürich with an international spirit, KICKFIT was created to bring people together through powerful, outdoor workouts and real human connection.Our sessions blend kickboxing-inspired training with athletic conditioning, all set in one of the most iconic lakeside spots in the city.But it doesn’t stop at the workout. Hey! I’m Marco, the founder and coach behind KICKFIT.I started KICKFIT to bring together two things I’m passionate about: powerful workouts and real community.As a certified SAFS fitness instructor, WMKF Kickboxing Champion, and passionate about strength training and athletic performance, I’ve built KICKFIT to be more than just a workout, it’s a space to move, sweat, and connect.Whether you're throwing your first punch or you're already a gym regular, my goal is to help you feel strong, supported, and part of something fun.Can’t wait to meet you at the lake, let’s kick it together! 💥
💪 FITNESS CLASS FAQ
1. What should I bring to class?Bring a water bottle, a towel, boxing gloves (if you have them), and your workout gear! Shoes are optional, go with what feels best for you.2. Do I need to be in shape to join?Nope! All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you're just getting started or already crushing it, we’ve got options and modifications for everyone.3. How long is the workout?The full session is 75 minutes of solid movement and good energy:· 🔥 10 min Warm-up· 🥊 10 min Kickboxing combos· 💪 40 min Athlete & Kickboxing workout· 🧘♂️ 10 min Cool-down and stretch4. When should I arrive?Try to get there 10–15 minutes early. It gives you time to settle in, get set up, and say hey to your coach!5. Do I need to book ahead?Yes, please! You can sign up through the website or just shoot us a message on Instagram.6. What if I’m running late?Life happens. You can still jump in up to 10–15 minutes after class starts. Just warm up on your own and join when you're ready.7. I’ve got an injury, can I still join?
Definitely. Just let the coach know before class starts and we’ll help you adjust the moves so you can train safely.8. Is there a cancellation policy?Yep, just cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your spot or avoid any fees.9. Are there showers or changing rooms?Not really, but there are public toilettes nearby. Classes are outdoors, so come dressed and ready to move!10. Can I try a class before signing up?Absolutely! Your first class is a trial. come give it a shot and see how you like it.
